These taste just like you’d envision. Most Quest bars that were tried over my short lifetime, I’ve always put the chocolate and Apple Pie flavors as my all time favorite flavors. I normally don’t enjoy power bars that are all “fruity” because they’re too sweet but Blueberry Muffin Quest protein bars lives up to all of the hype that I’ve read online.
But overall, Blueberry Muffin Quest protein bars turned out to be a near top favorite flavor of mine. I really like that there’s an icing feel to the bar on the surface of it, it’s the perfect sweet treat when I require a fast bite before a work out that is strong or I have a sweet tooth that needs a quick fixing.
If you want to kick your day off or get your spring/autumn time feelings taken care of, this really is undoubtedly the protein bar for you!
I’ve been eating Quest nutrition bars for quite some time now, and they are by far my favorite protein bar. Many other brands come close and if I’m in a pinch I do eat the others like Clif, ThinkThin, or MetRx but I don’t comprehend the backlash to Quest whenever they introduce new flavors. I guess people don’t like change but that doesn’t mean someone should freak out over something different.
Now I will concur that there is a noticeable texture/taste difference in a few of their bars (one time my biscuits and cream looked dry, but I might have gotten a terrible batch). This Blueberry Muffin one, nevertheless, tastes quite good to me and is pretty moist and delicious if you heat it up in a toaster oven or microwave BRIEFLY. While supplies last, I will actually add this to my Quest nutrition lunch box rotation.
I am a tremendous quest bar enthusiast and adore the ingredients they utilize to make their bars. Most protein health bars have an excessive amount of sugar, carbs, and/or soy but an ideal mix has been created by Quest bars. Since I started my Vegan journey this has been my primary source of protein for muscle gain and growth. I’ve tried many of these in GNC and Vitamin Shoppe. Quest also makes it a habit to avoid putting any kind of soy in their products, which is why I think they’re the #1 nutrition bar company in America, if not the world.
Everybody must attempt to at least try one Quest power bar within their life. I really enjoy variety and the flavor of the coating in Blueberry Muffin is quite good. Be careful when eating these in the car though, the crumbs might spill all over your car if you’re into cleanliness.
You can buy Quest Blueberry Muffin Protein bars on Amazon here because sometimes it is hard to find a full box for sale in retail shops.
