Quite yummy. This was my very first time attempting this flavor and it is very tasty. Not boring or bland, but not overpowering in sweetness despite the packaging and the way it looks. I believe they will be perfect for a bite before I you go do something physically demanding like row-boating. White chocolate is the very best protein bar I ever had in quite some time. Bar none (no pun intended hehe). The one small downside to this bar is that it contains a little bit of actual sugar. White Chocolate Raspberry is sweet and tangy and the feel is great and soft. This Quest bar is a pretty good meal replacement on days I really crave sweets and can be a life saver if you’re on a diet.
Remember the cartoon Calvin and Hobbes where Calvin’s face looked really excited when he saw something that he wanted? That is kind of what I feel sometimes when I need to eat protein bars and I eat power bars knowing they’re much healthier than the junk food alternative.
If you’re worried about sugar carbs, read just how much sugar is in this nutrition bar (almost none) compared to ohter brands. The high protein combined with no gluten, no soy, and very reasonable price makes Quest one of the top nutrition bar brands in the world, if not the best.
I normally purchase Quest bars by the carton from a neighborhood Vitamin Shoppe for guaranteed freshness, but these arrived in extremely great condition (not melted down or deformed) when I ordered these online from reputable outlets. Costs can change for different flavors before placing your order, so I’d recommend shopping around Amazon for the best price comparisons. White chocolate raspberry tastes fantastic, along with my other favorites: biscuit dough, apple pie, and s’mores. These nutrition bars also work great as a pre-warm up exercise snack before you go to the gym or a jog.
Hands down one of the most effective protein bars out there. The nutritional content of the bar is unmatched and it’s one of my favorite quest bars by far (I’ve really tried them all). The white chocolate balls taste amazing with the remaining portion of the bar, but it also may easily compete against any candy bar when it comes to flavor. The single drawback to Quest bars in general is they are quite expensive in retail stores.
Sometimes you won’t even be able to find these in a lot of stores unless you got specialty stores like Vitamin Shoppe and GNC. And even though, expect to pay extra due to convenience and sales tax (if applicable for your state like it does for me).
Nevertheless, I’d rather spend a little more on real, healthy food that is wholesome so I can prevent any health-related problems later in life. I can’t recommend this product enough. Quest has been so successful with their protein bars that they have at least a couple dozen flavors with new ones rolling out all the time. I can see why now!
Occasionally you may get a bar that is a little “tough” or “hard” and chunky. This particular flavor of protein bar is actually made of some white chocolate bitss. In addition, the high fiber and low calorie count is great as a whole or partial meal replacement if you’re looking to reduce your daily caloric intake.
It’s a good idea to drink water with these to help digest these a little better. It can stick to your teeth a little. If you have time, you can also microwave or toaster oven these for 10-20 seconds to get a nice, toasty but softer meal from these power bars. If you like this flavor also try out Vanilla Almond Crunch, Chocolate Brownie, and apple Pie flavors. There’s really quite a lot to choose from!
You can purchase the Quest White Chocolate Raspberry protein bars on Amazon cheaper because retail stores often charge more.
